MEMBER PRIVILEGES:
1. Members may camp and rent camping cabins or tents at the resort. Overnight
guests must occupy a designated campsite. Management retains the right to
determine if the camping unit is suitable for use at the resort.
2. When not camping members may use the facilities at the resort during normal
operating hours for a day use fee.
3. No limit on the length of stay for each visit and all sites will be reserved
and rented on a first come, first served basis.
4. Members may store their RV in the resort’s storage area at no charge on
a space available basis.
Waiver and Release
I understand that DAVID'S OASIS CAMPING RESORT is an alternative lifestyle;
adults only (21years and over) camping resort catering to GLBT clientele.
By signing this application/agreement I affirm that I am not offended by homosexuality
and will not demean or degrade any guest because of their sexual orientation
while on the resort property. Further affirm that I am not offended by the
presence of nudity. I affirm I have been furnished with a copy of the resort
rules and I have read and agree to abide by all the rules as published. I
understand that any violation of the said rules could result in a revocation
of my membership. The determination for action taken for an infraction of
the rules will be left to the discretion of the management at DAVID’S OASIS
CAMPING RESORT.
By signing this application I assume sole responsibility for
the safety of my person and property while I am a guest at DAVID'S OASIS CAMPING
RESORT. I acknowledge: That I am entering a camping resort with limited improvements
for the express purpose of enjoying the outdoor environment. The paths and
roadways are unpaved, natural washes are unmarked, the swimming pool is shallow,
no diving allowed and unattended by a lifeguard or other personnel and security
is not provided for the guest’s property while residing at the resort. I acknowledge:
That by signing this Membership application/agreement that I am waiving my
rights to hold the owners and operators of DAVID'S OASIS CAMPING RESORT liable
for any injuries which I may sustain either as the result of my own action
or non-action or by engaging in any sport with other persons who may be at
the resort. I waive any claim at law or equity which might arise and I bind
my heirs, executors or administrators to this agreement. I further agree to
save harmless and to reimburse the owners and operators of DAVID'S OASIS CAMPING
RESORT from any suit (or judgment which may result from said suit) caused
by my own actions. Signing this membership application/agreement does not
negate the responsibility of the management at DAVID’S OASIS CAMPING RESORT
to provide a safe camping environment but does obligate the member to use
the resorts facilities in a responsible manner. Notwithstanding the above
language, signing this Membership application/agreement does not waive any
rights I may have under Arizona law. In the event that any of the above language
is found by any Court vested with final determination in the state of Arizona
to be contrary to the law then that language is severable from this agreement
and the remaining language is in full force and effect.
Memberships: May be used only by the person named on the application, fees
are none refundable, non-transferable and membership has no cash value. The
application/agreement must be signed and dated for the membership to be in
effect. Annual memberships shall remain in effect for a period of 1 year from
the date on the application and Life memberships will remain in effect for
the natural life of the applicant and/or DAVID'S OASIS CAMPING RESORT. Management
has the right to update the membership agreement annually.
