· Annual Membership: $15.00 Application

· Premium Life Membership: $150.00, For the natural life of the applicant or David’s Oasis Camping Resort. Application

· Traveler's Membership: $3.00, available one time only for people residing outside the State
of Arizona and valid at the resort for three consecutive days. Available when registering at the resort.

· Day Pass: $3.00, Good from 10 am to 11 pm daily or to whenever the bar closes.

· Day Pass Good for One Year: $65.00, Good from 10 am to 11 pm daily or to whenever the bar closes for 12 months.

· Daily Camping Rate, $16.00, Full hook-up RV Campsite for one person, extra person(s) $4.00 each. Maximum four persons per campsite staying in (one) RV.

· Monthly Camping Rate: $250.00, Full hook-up RV Campsite for 1 or 2 persons plus metered electric.

· Seasonal Camping Rate: Full hook-up RV Campsite
Winter season, $1100.00 paid in advance for 6 months for 1 or 2 persons occupied starting during the months of October, November, December, January, February and March plus metered electric.
Summer season, $1000.00 paid in advance for 6 months for 1 or 2 persons occupied starting during the months of April, May, June, July August or September plus metered electric.

· Daily Tent Camping Rate: $10.00 for one person without electric; $12.00 for one person with electric, extra persons $4.00 each when staying in the same tent. (Maximum of four persons may occupy a campsite). For tents the maximum length of stay for each visit is 14 days.

·Tent rentals: $5.00 per day, $25.00 deposit.

· Pets on Tent sites: When camping in a tent we do not recommend you bring your pet to the campground. When pets are staying in the campground on a tent site they should stay in the car after dark with the windows cracked open because small animals could fall victim to preditors at night. In the high desert It is ok for a pet to stay in a car after dark because it is cool during the night. The pet must be let out of the car when the sun comes up in the morning.

· On the weekend, Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9 to 11 we a have a Coffee Hour in the lodge. Guests are welcome to bring food into the rec center to go with their coffee.

Rental Camping Cabins

Our camping cabins are furnished with a queen bed available with or without linens, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs and heat and air conditioning to accommodate one or two persons. The shower and restroom facilites are a short 75 feet away in the lodge which is open 24 hours.
Rates: $35.00 per night for 1 or 2 persons with linens and $30.00, you bring your own linens

RV Rentals*

Jayco 32 Foot 1 bedroom Travel Trailer, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen with
microwave and refrigerator, set up for housekeeping. Sleeps 2.
Park Model RV Rates: No daily rentals
Weekly: $175.00 includes utilities for up to 2 persons. Linens included.
Monthly: $495.00 plus metered electric for up to 2 persons. Bring your own linens.
6 months: $2400.00 paid in advance plus metered electric for up to 2 persons. Bring your own linens.

*All RV's are rented as vacation rentals and not for the purpose of being a permanent residence regardless of the duration of stay.
Early departures: All refunds will be made based on the highest published rate for the time occupied.
