· Premium Life Member, for the natural life of the applicant or David’s Oasis Camping Resort: $150.00

· Traveler's Membership: $3.00 Available one time only, for people residing outside the State
of Arizona and valid for three consecutive days at the resort.

· Day Pass from 10 am to 11 pm or whenever the bar closes: $3.00

· Day Pass from 10 am to 11 pm or whenever the bar closes for one year: $65.00

· Full hook-up RV Campsite, one person $16.00 per day, extra person(s) $4.00. (Maximum four persons per campsite staying one RV)

· Tent Campsite without electric, one person $10.00, one person with electric $12.00, extra
persons $4.00 each when staying in the same tent. (Maximum four persons per campsite). We do not recommend pets be brought to the campground when staying in a tent. There are predators in the dersert that will prey on your pet and the pet MUST be kept in the vehicle with the windows cracked after dark. The high desert is cool at night and heat will not be a problem for your pet. Maximum length of stay for each visit is 14 days for a tent campsite.

· Tent rentals available: $5.00 per day, $25.00 deposit.

· On the weekend, Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9 to 11, a have Coffee Hour in the lodge. Quests are welcome to bring someting to go with their coffee.

· Monthly rate for full hook-up RV Campsite, $250.00 for 1 or 2 persons plus metered electric.

· Seasonal Campsite, full hook-up, 6 month winter season, $1050.00 for 1 or 2 persons, paid
for and occupied starting during the months of October, November, December, January,
February and March plus metered electric. 6 month summer season, $950.00 for 1 or 2 persons,
paid for and occupied starting during the months of April, May, June, July August or September,
plus metered electric.

RV Rentals*

Jayco 32 Foot 1 bedroom Travel Trailer, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen with
microwave and refrigerator, Sleeps 2. Rates: Monthly $575.00 plus metered electric for up
to 2 persons. Weekly $200.00 includes electric for up to 2 persons. Linens included. (No Daily Rental)

*All RV's are rented as vacation rentals and not for the purpose of being a permanent residence regardless of the duration of stay.
Early departures: All refunds will be made based on the highest published rate for the time occupied.
