1. Members must be twenty one years old and older, no exceptions, ID required. Everyone entering the resort property must be a member. Exception, first time visitors and service personnel entering by appointment.

2. Use of illegal substances strictly prohibited on resort property.

3. Public intoxication, abusive language and/or abusive behavior will not tolerated on resort property.

4. No public sex allowed.

5. Nudity permitted outdoors only behind the fence in the “corral”.

6. For privacy, NO PHOTOS may be taken on the resort property without prior permission from the member guest.

7. Sport vehicles may NOT be operated off the streets and trails on the resort property and between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am. Electric vehicles with street legal lights may be operated between 10 pm and 9 am.

8. Quiet hours must be observed in the camping area between 11 pm to 9 am.

9. Campfires permitted only in designated areas. No ground fires permitted on the campsites. Propane appliances, fire pits and outdoor fireplaces are OK.

10. Alcohol consumed in bar must be purchased at the bar, no glass allowed in or around pool or hot tub. No pan handling permitted in the bar or on the resort property.

11. No hunting permitted on the resort property. No guns with or without a concealed weapons permit, knives with blades over four inches in length or any other destructive weapons may be carried on a members person while on the resort property. If a poisonous snake is enountered immediately contact the management.

12. Please! We love dogs! But some folks give their dogs a bad reputation. Please observe our rules for pets! Friendly and well behaved pets allowed. All vaccinations must be current. Pets must be on a 6-foot leash at all times when outside your RV. At no time may your dog be left unattended on the campsite or in the RV while you are out of the resort. Campers must walk their pets away from the camping area and clean up after their animals. Barking dogs are not permitted in the resort. When camping in a tent we do not recommend you bring your pet to the campground.

Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in suspension or loss of membership at David's Oasis Camping Resort.
